 Recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Fried Bananas




Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- Pinch of salt

- Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

2. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch thick pieces.

3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

4. Once the skillet is hot, add the banana slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are lightly golden and caramelized.

5. Remove the bananas from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

6. While the bananas are still warm, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over them, coating each slice evenly.

7. Serve the cinnamon sugar fried bananas immediately while they are still warm. You can serve them alone as a snack, or top them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.
